SabreDAV does not provide a visual interface for managing WebDAV and similar data, but merely the methods and functions to build such tools.
This complex PHP framework supports various protocols and standards, the most used (and relevant) being:
- WebDAV
- CalDAV
- CardDAV
- vCard
- jCard
- iCalendar
- jCal
- Extended MKCOL
Additional to this, SabreDAV has also been known to work and support various desktop clients and applications like:
- Atmail
- BitKinex
- Cadaver
- Cyberduck
- DavFS
- Evolution
- Finder
- Gnome
- iCal
- iOS
- KDE
- Microsoft Office
- NetDrive
- OpenOffice
- OS X addressbook
- Sunbird
- Thunderbird
- Transmit
- Windows
There's support for file locking, data sharing, delegation events, custom properties, and even for a set of plugins that can extend SabreDAV's reach.
As you can see, there's quite a big usage spectrum in which SabreDAV can be used and deployed on, the platform being fully complaint with the WebDAV protocol, and all the other tools and standards built on top of it.
